We can partner with you to co-host a property in any market where we can secure a reliable, high-quality, on-the-ground support team. Our current primary focus is expanding our portfolio in Southern Maine.

Can I view bookings and reserve the property for myself?
Absolutely, yes! Through our property management system, HostAway, property owners receive their own portal. From there, you can easily view all current and future guest bookings, track financial data, and, most importantly, reserve the property for your own personal use whenever you like.
Do you limit how often I can use my own property?
We do not! We believe in giving you complete flexibility. As the property owner, you are free to make personal bookings without needing to consult us or seek approval.
How do you handle guest-related damage or liability claims?
We ensure your property is protected through Safely, a trusted third-party insurance provider. We streamline the process by collecting photos and videos after every guest checkout, which allows us to process claims immediately. Reimbursement is typically paid out very quickly, often within 7 business days.
What are your management fees?
Our fees are calculated as a competitive percentage of the monthly revenue generated by your property. This percentage typically ranges from 15% to 30% of the daily rate (note: this is not calculated on top of additional fees like cleaning, taxes, or OTA fees). We will discuss your unique property and service needs to establish a specific percentage that provides maximum value for you.
